Responsibilities:
- Lead the Support Operational Teams, including Technical Team (System, Network, Hardware), Customer Support and Application support operational teams for Hospital Information System (HIS) System
- Provides supervision to site Operation Team to meet operational standards and maintain acceptable customer satisfaction level
- Prioritizes, coordinates and organizes workload among operation team members to perform duties, ensuring user support is dispatched and problem resolution in the most timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate site activities with partners and departments as well as third party vendors/suppliers, including scheduling and resolving problems
- Monitors and participates in operations in assigned sections including software patch deployment, recommending specifications, monitoring contracts deliverable and inspecting the team/vendor's work to ensure that safe work practices and standard operating procedures are followed
- Ensuring the support issue is resolved by the team members within the SLA
- Ensuring team members is updating the customer accordingly on the status of support issue until resolved
- 8) Any other tasks that are relevant to the HIS system
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Diploma in Information Systems, Business, Communications or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience on IT manager role
- Experienced in HIS support system would be an advantages
